Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Only dogs, cats, and fish within tanks that do not exceed 15 gallons are permitted.
Maximum adult weight is 30 pounds.
Pet deposit is $300 for 1 pet, or $500 for 2 pets.
Monthly pet rent of $20 for 1 pet, or $30 for 2 pets will be charged.
Other restrictions apply.

We’re a pet-friendly community here at Overlook Terrace & The Heights Apartments in Edgewood, WA. Our furry friends must be spayed or neutered.
